Commercial Terms

These Commercial Terms govern the sale of goods and services by An Nam Ecommerce and Export LLC ("AnnamEx," the "Seller") to business buyers. All quotations, orders, and supply programs are accepted subject to these terms unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

AnnamEx is a limited liability company incorporated under the Wyoming Limited Liability Company Act, State of Wyoming, USA.

Catalog prices are quoted per unit on FOB (Free On Board) or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, as stated on each quotation. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply per SKU.

Quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated and are subject to material availability and currency movements.

Orders are confirmed upon written acceptance and, where applicable, payment of a production deposit. Settlement is processed through US business banking (Mercury / Relay Financial), Stripe US, or PayPal US.

Unless alternative terms are agreed in writing, payment is due per the schedule stated on the applicable invoice or proforma.

Production and delivery lead times are stated per SKU and confirmed at order acceptance. Title and risk transfer per the agreed Incoterm (FOB or DDP).

Domestic US distribution through our partner 3PL warehouses targets a 2-day delivery SLA once inventory is received and in stock.

Goods are supplied in conformity with the agreed export specification and applicable certifications. Buyers should inspect goods on receipt; claims must be raised in writing within 14 days of delivery.

Compliance documentation (customs, labeling, and product standards) is coordinated by AnnamEx for the channels it manages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming unless otherwise agreed in writing.
